Two Coppers Worth

Two Coppers Worth is a stall located in The Coppers Ward and it consists of a large wooden pole in the center that is surrounded by an encircling counter top. For two coppers one is able to place a missive the height and width of a hand. Once posted, it may only be taken down by the original poster or by natural means (i.e. wind, rain, or time). This is commonly used to post job opportunities, messages between people, or community announcements.

To post a missive, one need simply approach the booth, find the attendant, pay two coppers and post the message. The attendant can be identified by the two coppers pinned to his shirt. Once the two copper fee is paid, the missive may be placed anywhere within or without the structure. As a result the structure is covered in messages that are tacked above older messages that are tacked above older messages.

Due to the volume of messages displayed at Two Coppers Worth, it is possible to truly spend days examining notes and still not see them all. To accommodate patrons both posting and perusing, the booth is open at all times. However, during peak perusing periods, time is limited to 10 minutes within the booth each hour.
